It’s hard to believe that another semester has come and gone. As the end of the winter semester approaches, many of us are on the same boat with the emotions we’re going through, and it can be fun to compare and relate to each other’s struggles or triumphs.
Keeping that in mind, here are six thoughts that go through every student’s mind as the semester is coming to an end.
“I don’t know ANY of this”
Sometimes, things get past us in our courses, and when it comes time to study in the end, we realize just how much we might have missed or don’t understand.
It can be a very daunting realization, but we try to make the most of our remaining time before it’s too late. Who said cramming a whole course load in a couple of days wasn’t possible? Challenge accepted!

“How can I be THIS stressed?”
Along those same lines, the end of the semester is an extra stressful time for most students with important due dates pilling up, and all the studying that needs to be done for upcoming exams.
Getting overwhelmed and burning out won’t do you any good, so don’t forget to prioritize some self-care where you can. It’s important to remember that no matter what, your mental and physical health comes first! You’ve got this!
“When will my profs post my grades?”
Once all your final exams and assignments are done, the waiting game begins for your profs to post their marks.
Waiting always seems to take forever, and it’s a stressful time, but there’s only so long they can take… right?
Ready for a long nap
After all the late-night studying sessions, I think we can all agree that we’re looking forward to catching up on sleep and getting some much-needed rest.
Now, if your sleep schedule is all over the place, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered with a six-step guide to fix it!
Finally… Freedom!
Ah, freedom at last – at least for a little while. Take this time to sit back and relax for a couple months and enjoy your time off from school work.
Travel plans might have to be kept on hold for now due to the pandemic, but that shouldn’t stop us from planning the ultimate staycation or dreaming of future bucket-list travel destinations to check out once it’s safe to see them again!
“What now?”
Especially if you’re a graduating student, you might be asking yourself, “what now?” or “what’s my next move?” Don’t worry, you’re not the only one. Graduation is only the beginning, great things are coming your way!
