Yogurt bowls are the perfect breakfast to make. All you need is your favourite yogurt, for the base. Then you can add any fruits or toppings you have on hand. Whether it’s strawberries, coconut flakes or blueberries, it’s really up to you!

Plus, you can always add some granola for a little crunch.

Overnight oats

Simple, yet easy to make, you can never go wrong with overnight oats.

If you have early classes, you don’t have to worry about breakfast. All you need to do is grab your jar of overnight oats and head to class.

Not to mention, you can make just enough to last you for the entire week.

DIY Chipotle Burrito Bowl

We all know Chipotle’s burrito bowl hits different! So why not, make it at home? To reduce cooking time, you can always use canned black beans and corn. Plus, leftover white rice.

Once you have all the necessary ingredients prepared, go ahead and create your bowl. For the ultimate Chipotle experience, don’t forget the sour cream and vegetables.

Tacos are the best meal to have on a Friday night! (I mean come on, they are TACOS!)

For the meat, you can use ground chicken/turkey. But don’t forget to add taco seasoning for extra flavour.

But how can you elevate your tacos to the next level? It’s simple, just choose the best toppings. You can add salsa, guacamole or even black beans. That way, you’re in for a delicious treat!

Making a bowl of salad is one way you can spend less time in the kitchen.
