If so, we have some good news for you! There are so many different forms of exercises you can try. To help you keep things interesting the next time you’re at the gym, we’ve compiled a list of some must-try exercises!

Pilates

CrossFit

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

Lastly we have HIIT. This is a workout that alternates short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or active recovery. It is designed to burn more calories in less time and is a popular choice for people who have limited time to exercise.

Similarly, we have circuit training and kickboxing which includes a combination of cardio, weight lifting and core workouts.
