Humber Polytechnic and University of Guelph-Humber students, after all those long study sessions, group projects and exams, you deserve to let loose and have some fun.

How do I register?
You can purchase tickets through Eventbrite on the “Get Tickets” button. Tickets are $10 and the event is exclusive to Humber and UofGH students.
Event entry requirements
- Eventbrite ticket (printed or on a mobile device).
- Must be a Humber or UofGH student. No outside guests allowed.
- Student card or government-issued photo identification and Humber/UofGH class schedule/timetable.
- All attendees must be 16+.
- Bags/backpacks are permitted but will be subject to a security check at entry. Students may be required to leave large bags at coat check.
- No outside food or drinks permitted.
- Water bottles must be emptied before entering the event.
Other things to note
- Coat check is available.
- The Humber Student Code of Conduct is in effect at this event.
- There is a limit of one per student for all services and prizes.
- This is a cannabis-free event.
- IGNITE reserves the right to search all persons and property to ensure security at the event.
- IGNITE reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone they do not see fit to enter the event.
- Strobe lighting and other intense lighting may be used throughout the evening. People with epilepsy or other photosensitive conditions should exercise caution if attending this event.

Harassment policy
IGNITE is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience. We do not tolerate harassment of attendees in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, physical assault, verbal harassment, sexual harassment, stalking, unwanted physical contact or unwanted advances. This is a media-friendly event and videos and photos will be taken of attendees. However, engaging in any photography where the subject feels they are being stalked, exploited, degraded or disrespected is strictly prohibited. Should an attendee feel that photography/videography becomes harassing in nature, they should contact IGNITE staff or security, who will take steps to resolve the situation with the proper authorities.
Media policy
By entering this event, you are entering a media zone. IGNITE reserves the right to use any photos, videos or audio taken for promotional or editorial materials. If you would prefer to stay in the background, please speak to the event organizer or the photographer. We will make every effort to comply with your wishes. Strobe lights
Strobe lighting and other intense lighting may be used during the show. Individuals with epilepsy or other photosensitive conditions should exercise caution if attending this event.
Costume/cosplay policy
- CULTURE IS NOT A COSTUME. Regardless of how well-intentioned your costume may be, it can still perpetuate harmful stereotypes and stigmas. Cultural costumes will not be permitted at the event; this is a zero-tolerance policy.
- FULL-FACE MASKS ARE NOT PERMITTED. This is to ensure safety and security for all attendees of the event.
- Costumes/cosplay may not include any weapons (real or fake) or props that could be perceived as threatening and the costume should not violate the Ontario Human Rights Code.
- Props and accessories that may in any way be deemed offensive or resemble weapons will not be permitted into the event and will be confiscated.
- Any prop or item not covered in this policy must be inspected by IGNITE staff or security at the event entrance; these items will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
General event policy
The holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. The holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants and all the respective agents, officers, directors and employees are expressly released by the holder from any claims arising from such causes. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. The event date and time are subject to change. In the event of cancellation on the part of management, a full refund will be provided to all ticket holders.
