Due to unforeseen circumstances, outside of IGNITE’s control, with the artist Rich the Kid, the headliner performer for Frosh 2022 has been changed to Roy Wood$.
We are more than thrilled to have Roy Wood$ performing, but we know change can be hard. That’s why we’ve added a THIRD performer to the line-up: Killy! We look forward to seeing all of you on Tuesday, September 13.
While we understand some of our attendees may be disappointed with this news, we promise to still put on an unforgettable show!
This year’s Frosh event will still be bigger and better than ever before!
After all, this is our first live concert in over two years and we want to make it special!
The night begins with DJ sets from DJ Ritz, DJ DattaBasse and Celebrity Dru followed by opening act, Killy and a performance by Cochise before Roy Wood$’ main performance!
On top of all that star-studded talent, the event will feature free arcade games for you to play like Mario Kart, Ninja Turtles and X-men, PLUS we’re bringing back the life-sized album covers from your favourite artists so you can snag some wicked photos to capture the memories. The event will also feature free food and non-alcoholic beverages as well as a limited quantity of free Frosh t-shirts!
There will also be a 19+ area for those who would like to purchase alcoholic beverages.
If you want to start your school year off right, join us at Universal Event Space located at 6250 Hwy 7, in Vaughan for this year’s Frosh! Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and tickets are only $10 for Humber and Guelph-Humber students, and $20 for outside guests.
And if you don’t feel like attending the event in-person, we have you covered. The full IGNITE Frosh concert will be live-streamed to our website for free starting 9:00 p.m.

When is it?
IGNITE FROSH 2022 is on Tuesday, Sept. 13 with doors opening at 7 p.m.
Where is it?
This event will be held in-person at Universal Event Space (6250 Highway 7, Vaughan, ON, L4H 4G3) as well as live-streamed right here on our website starting at 9 p.m.
How do I register?
You can register for your ticket on Eventbrite by clicking the 'Get Tickets' button. Tickets for Humber and UofGH students are only $10. You can also register a non-Humber of UofGH guest for $20 so you can enjoy the night with all your friends!
Event Entry Requirements:
- Eventbrite ticket (printed or on mobile device)
- Student card OR government-issued photo identification and Humber/UofGH class schedule/timetable
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be accepted up to one (1) day before the event.
Other things to note:
- Coat check is NOT available.
- No outside food/beverages permitted.
- No large bags or backpacks permitted.
- Humber Student Code of Conduct is in effect at this event. IGNITE reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Your image and likeness may be photographed or captured on video at this event. By attending this event you provide permission for IGNITE to use your image and likeness for promotional purposes.
- An outdoor smoking area is available. Smoking of anything other than nicotine cigarettes is prohibited.
- Universal Event Space is a wheelchair accessible venue. For further requests or questions, please email us as early as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
- Strobe lighting and other intense lighting may be used throughout the evening. People with epilepsy or other photosensitive conditions should exercise caution if attending this event.
