Projects piling up? Exams creeping closer? Sounds like you need a break—a really fun and stress-melting kind of break! That’s where the IGNITE Zen Zone comes in! Step into a calming space where you can pick an item to paint or something else inspiring. It’s part art therapy, part chill session and 100 per cent your chance to unwind.
In collaboration with the Humber Spirituality & Wellness Centre, we’re turning the Zen Zone into a creative hideaway.
Maybe you’ll paint a rock, a canvas or just go abstract and see where your brush takes you. There are no wrong answers here! Plus, we’ll have snacks, music and a super chill atmosphere to keep you fueled and inspired.
