DESCRIPTION:Get ready to ignite your creativity at the Campus Changemakers Hackathon! It’s your chance to design an innovative advocacy project and team up with fellow students from all backgrounds to tackle the challenges that matter the most.  \n\n\n\n In partnership with Humber Polytechnic’s Longo Centre for Entrepreneurship (CfE)\,   \n\n\n\nIGNITE is excited to host a hackathon that focuses on creative problem-solving and design thinking. Together\, we’ll ensure every student’s voice is heard loud and clear in shaping our campus experience.  \n\n\n\n At the event\, you’ll have the chance to create a detailed plan that empowers you to make the following impact:  \n\n\n\n\nIdentify & Prioritize Issues: develop methods to pinpoint and address key student concerns. \n\n\n\nEngagement Strategies: create actionable policies that translate student input into meaningful initiatives. \n\n\n\nFocus on Inclusivity: explore strategies to enhance the accessibility of governance systems. \n\n\n\n\nLet’s change the game and create a brighter future for all students on Saturday\, Nov. 2\, in the Barrett Centre for Technology Innovation at the North Campus and Sunday\, Nov. 3\, in a virtual eventfor a weekendfilled with brainstorming\, collaboration and fun as you build an advocacy project.  \n\n\n\nOh\, and did we mention the prizes?!  \n\n\n\nTop cash prizes  \n\n\n\n\nGrand Prize: $650 per student \n\n\n\n2nd Place: $400 per student \n\n\n\n3rd Place: $350 per student \n\n\n\n\nSpecial prizes  \n\n\n\n\nInnovator Group: $325 per student \n\n\n\nSynergy Group: $325 per student \n\n\n\n\nReady to make a change?
