“My family adopted a rescue dog!”

Most years, around this time, we’d start reminiscing about our last trip around the sun.

Most years, we’d think about how our year started versus how it is now and open our Snapchat memories to relive all our best moments.

2020 isn’t like most years.

Characters from the children's cartoon Arthur put on face masks.

For a lot of us, 2020 has been difficult. Instead of reminiscing, you might want to thank yourself for everything you endured. Or, you might want to skip the memories and just look forward to a fresh start in January. Both those options are totally OK.

As for IGNITE, we want to honour the resilience of the Humber and Guelph-Humber community by sharing the best things – big or small – that happened to your fellow students in 2020.

Because, in the words of Megan Thee Stallion, “…we could all use a lil bit of good news.”

Megan Thee Stallion sticke her tongue out and smiles.
