Canada is home to countless stars who have made an impact on the television industry. On Nov. 19, IGNITE is honoured to host two of them for one epic afternoon. Antoni Porowski and Dan Levy are award-winning television stars who will be sharing their paths to success. They will be talking about all things personal growth, wellness, and career advice.

Antoni is well known for his work on the Emmy award-winning Netflix show, Queer Eye. As a self-taught cook, much of Antoni’s creations are inspired by his family. He is an advocate for healthy living, both physically and mentally.

Dan is a writer, producer, and actor on the Emmy award-winning show Schitt’s Creek. Dan has fought for LGBTQ+ rights and has spoken out about his own experiences on sexual orientation and the issues with societal labelling.

The event will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at the North Campus Student Centre. The event starts at 12:30 p.m., with doors opening at 11 a.m.

The chat with Antoni and Dan will be followed by a live cooking demonstration from Antoni.

The first 150 students to register who have also paid the Social Programming fee can also register for a photo op with Antoni or Dan (under Add-Ons)! If you register for Antoni’s photo op, you also get a copy of his cookbook, Antoni in the Kitchen. If you would like to be part of the photo op, you MUST attend the event. If you register for a photo without also registering for the event, unfortunately your order will be canceled.
