Summer is over but that doesn’t mean the party has to end. Start your school year right by coming to IGNITE Frosh’s Neon Nights! On Monday, September 11 get ready for a night you won’t want to forget. Meet new people and party with your friends to the sounds of DJ 4Korners and headliner CAKED UP!
Event will take place at Universal EventSpace (6250 Hwy 7, Vaughn, ON).
Get there early – there will be free glow giveaways for the first 100 students through the door. Free food and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available in limited quantities. Food will also be available for purchase on-site.
Doors open at 7 p.m. Body painting and black lighting on-site – don’t forget to wear neon or white!

Buses will leave North campus in front of the Residence building and Lakeshore in front of the K building beginning at 6:30 p.m. and running until 11 p.m. Buses will return students to campus until 1:30 a.m. or until every student has left the venue.
Guest & Event Policy
- Must be 16-years of age to attend
- No bags permitted
- Students must present their Humber/Guelph-Humber student ID OR class timetable and photo ID for admission
- Students may bring ONE non-Humber/Guelph-Humber guest
- Guest sign-in policy in effect. Guests must enter the event with a Humber/Guelph-Humber student
- Each guest must present their own pre-purchased ticket, and photo ID. For security purposes, guests may be subject to having a photo of their ID taken, which will be stored for a total of 14 days following the end of the event.

Harassment & General Policy
IGNITE is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience. We do not tolerate harassment of attendees in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, physical assault, verbal harassment, sexual harassment, stalking, unwanted physical contact, or unwanted advances.
This is a media-friendly event and videos and photos will be taken of attendees. However, engaging in any photography where the subject feels they are being stalked, exploited, degraded or disrespected is strictly prohibited. Should an attendee feel that photography/videography becomes harassing in nature, they should contact IGNITE staff or security, who will take steps to resolve the situation with the proper authorities.
Who can come to IGNITE Frosh?
IGNITE Frosh is open to all Humber and Guelph-Humber students. Students may bring one non-Humber/Guelph-Humber guest. Please note that a guest must accompany primary ticket holder at time of entry and each person must have their own ticket in order to enter.

Where do I park?
Parking is available on-site if you’re driving.
Shuttle buses will also be available from both campuses starting at 6:30 p.m. Pick up is in front of residence at North campus and in front of the K building at lakeshore.
What if it rains?
IGNITE Frosh is an indoor event – rain is no problem!
What if I get hungry?
We’ll have limited quantities of FREE hot dogs, fries, and non-alcoholic beverages available. After that, hot dogs, fries, and poutine will be available for purchase. There will be an ATM on-site.
Will there be drinks available?
Only non-alcoholic drinks will be available on site.
