Join us for a celebration of Black History Month with a gospel choir and special guest speaker, spoken word poet Suli Breaks.

Best known for his spoken word videos about racism, religion, education, and beauty, Suli Breaks will be hosting a 45-minute talk followed by a Q & A session. Rising to fame after his viral 2012 video “Why I Hate School but Love Education”, Suli has become well-known for his inspiring spoken poetry. His work has a reputation of being inspiring and thought-provoking.

Event will take place at both the North and Lakeshore campuses on Monday, February 6th:
